I would like to review this ticket with SMEs because the error is reported on the invalid values of the statistical codes but the matching items are still a part of the bulk edit. Attaching both files for further discussion
Description
Overview:
When do bulk edit based on Query the Preview of record matched may include “Errors“. The file with errors encountered during the record matching is downloaded from Logs tab in .txt format with name not adhered to naming convention
Steps to Reproduce:
Go to “Bulk edit“ app, “Query“ tab
Build a query so that after clicking “Run query“ button the Preview of records matched and the “Errors“ accordion displayed
Go to “Logs“ tab
Find the log with recently run bulk edit job based on query
From “Actions“ column download file with errors encountered during the record matching
Expected Results:
The file is downloaded to local machine in .csv format with the name adhered to naming convention
yyyy-mm-dd-Matching-Records-Errors-Query-<bulk-edit-job-id>.csv
Actual Results:
The file is downloaded to local machine in .txt format with name not adhered to naming convention
On https://bugfest-quesnelia.int.aws.folio.org environment please check bulk edit log with ID 212 (download.txt)

The file contains data as expected
The issue is not reproduced for Actions > Download errors (CSV)
