"Something went wrong" error when uploading the file with identifiers

Description

Overview:
"Something went wrong error " displays after the file with identifiers is uploaded

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Navigate to Bulk edit app

  2. Select Inventory holdings record type and Holdings HRIDs and Identifier

  3. Use attached file to trigger bulk edit

Expected Results:
List of matching records is displayed.

Actual Results:
It takes more than one minute for the progress bar to show :

Once the progress bar is displayed, after some time the generic error "Something went wrong is displayed" in the UI. The backend error reads: File uploading failed, reason: Failed to upload file with identifiers: data export job was not found
