Indeed, I closed it a while ago

But I suppose it makes little real difference whether we use this issue or another.

We just picked this issue because it seemed to be the "root" issue for the server and it was still open (whoops, I guess not lol). The additional work items planned are still very much "basic", but, if you prefer to have a new issue for "Z39.50 server MVP" or some such, that's fine with me.

I'm not really keen on the repurposing of this old issue to reference Seb and Tod's new document. None of that pertains to the "basic server" in the sense that I meant the term, and on the basis of which I closed this.

Could we have a new issue for that document?
