List interactor uses app-specific selector

Description

Appears that the List interactor in stripes-testing is built with the eHoldings use-case specifically in mind.
The selectors for both List and ListItem are not the same as those in use by stripes-components' List component. The interactor will need to be made more generic and the tests for eholdings may need to be updated to supply their specific selector (classname) to use.
