Found no HTML needing translation in ui-organization

We did a bunch of work extracting strings, but realized we couldn't include HTML markup without in place. IOW, a bunch of work is done, but we should probably block them all on in order to put on the finishing touches.

I also marked as the tester assignee for when these issues are ready to test.
