Re-label button in Enumeration label (Enumeration Textual) from "Add level" to "Add value"

Description

The terminology “Add level” does not apply when adding textual enumeration labels. If the user selects to the “Enumeration Textual” as the enumeration format then the button should be labelled “Add value” instead
