Use "Preview" when viewing a preview of what pieces will be predicted from the publication pattern

Description

Purpose:

Currently we use the term "Generate" where we should say "Preview" as no predicted pieces are actually being generated. This story is to fix this

Scenarios:

  1. Scenario:

    • Given the Publication Pattern creation screen

    • When I click the Preview button

    • Then the resulting pop-over has:

      • Heading: Preview predicted pieces

      • Button labelled: Preview (not Generate as currently)
