On the new publication pattern form, aria labels need to be in place on the Issue row fields, in order to uniquely identify repeated fields:

1. Add an aria-label to the Day field “Day, issue [n]”

2. Add an aria-label to the “Of month” field “Month, issue [n]” (omit “Of”)

3. Add an aria-label to the “Of year” field “Year, issue [n]” (omit “Of”)
