Textual enumeration labels are not populated in edit/copy screens

Description

Following the textual enumeration labels still do not populate when:

  1. Using the “Edit publication pattern”

  2. Using “Copy and deprecate”

  3. Using a model pattern as a template

As it stands I know where this issue exists, within our util function for converting persistent data to form values
Since we remove properties such as Id, owner etc. from the persistent data, since we now use refdataValue.id on the textual enumeration level, this value is also being removed as part of this function
