In the Serial publication pattern create/edit view where the pattern template typedown appears:

1. remove exampleLabel from the properties searched when using the typedown - it has been found to not add anything and confuse users

2. retrieve 30 records at a time so enable display of larger number of templates at one go, reducing the need for the user to type to filter the list (page size in query params)

   1. Check that we get a navigable list (e.g. with scrolling) if we retrieve larger numbers into the query typedown
