On opening Serials search and sort and Piece sets search and sort, do not immediately retrieve records

Description

In the Serials Management app we should not automatically retrieve records when the search and sort screens are opened, but rather wait for the user to enter some search or filter criteria before displaying any results

I don’t think we need to back port this. It’s a little painful but it’s not a big enough issue for anyone to have raised it with me!

This issue has been fixed in this PR, , i’m guessing this should potentially be backported?

Thanks for clarifying . I see this is the behaviour on Ramsons - I’ll raise a bug to address separately. I’ve put this back in QA for me

This now clears searches when going to the page which isn’t desired.

I don’t understand what’s meant by that

If you mean that the filter doesn’t persist when going to a detail page:
That was there before and has nothing to do with this JIRA. You can verify that eg. on quesnelia or ramsons bugfest systems.

I can investigate, but I think that should be filed as a bug.

QA 18th Feb:

This now clears searches when going to the page which isn’t desired. While on opening the app for the first time, no search should be executed, once a search has been executed then that should persist as in other apps
