Presently for the location/consortium locations within the GenerateReceivingModal component we use 2 seperate hooks with a conditional enabled depending on the environment the module is used in, we then also filter the locations in the frontend once they have been fetched
A change that we’ere hoping to make with this ticket is that we should be able to pass down query parameters to both hooks to filter locations on the backend, the problem lies in the query parameters that are accepted by both hooks differ between endpoints so we need to create a single hook that will use both endpoints and transform query parameters so they will be accepted by both
Offer back to acquisitions when complete
