Update module license and guidance for ui-serials-management

Description

  1. Confirm license is Apache License 2.0

  2. Add the following text to the top of the license: “The license must be read in conjunction with GUIDANCE.md”

  3. Set copyright owner to Knowledge Integration Ltd

  4. Set copyright year to YYYY-ZZZZ, where YYYY is year of earliest release and ZZZZ is current year

  5. Add GUIDANCE.md file with the following text:
