Don't get any search results returned from KB (eHoldings/EKB)

Description

Overview: The codex-search only returns results from Inventory.

commented on #coreteam that the nightly test failed because the EBSCO KB is either down or is not properly configured.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Login to FOLIO Snapshot, go to the codex Search app

  2. Search for title: environment

Expected result:
Get search results back from both Inventory and EKB (eHoldings), e.g.

  •  

    • Inventory: "Environment and identity politics in colonial Africa Fulani migrations and land conflict by Emmanuel M. Mbah"

    • EKB: " multiple search results

Actual result:
One result from Inventory

This was an issue with the EKB, not with UISE.

Issue resolved. Tested in all builds. Will note in general searching this app seems slow.

There is an issue with EBSCO KB API title endpoint. EBSCO team is looking into the issue.

Thanks for . In the mean time, I merged a PR in the platform to tweak the Codex Search tests so they no longer rely on the EKB being present. FWIW, I do see some results when directly searching eHoldings, but Codex Search is definitely returning different results than it did in the past.

This is odd; that fact that we’re getting some results but not the full list of expected results means the credentials right and we’re connecting, but for some reason we’re not seeing all the things we should.
