This is done, but I should rip out the no-longer-used code in ViewRecord.js
... Or modify how onSelectRow handlers are implemented, so that if a custom handler is provided but returns a special value, the standard handler is used after all.

At present, I am using a React redirect from the ui-search full-record display, but this is not working well. There is a visible double refresh (the ui-search module's empty right panel appears before we go to the destination module), and we are left with the Codex Search module's most recent URL being one that redirects away from it.
