Retarget Okapi operation to use new mod-search, not inventory

Now that the present folio-testing-backend VM has mod-codex-mock v0.1.1, and offers interface codex 1.0.

sigh Well, this "works" in so far as I am correctly fetching the six sample records from Heikki's mock module.

But the records don't display: for some reason, <MultiColumnList> doesn't seem to re-render the embedded <MCLRenderer> when the records appear, so we're left with the "No results found. Please check your filters" message from the initial render.

I guess I will file that as a separate issue.
