 I checked it on different enviroments. Looks like this issue allready fixed in https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/UISE-139 

After this bug was fixed we have only one permission for codex:

And there are not any errors for user:

Hi - the Codex App is in a dormant state, and was not part of Bugfest-Honeysuckle.
So no need to do updates at this point.

should we maybe mark this ticket you filed, as won't do, or at least in draft?
