Extend Identifier (all) search option with naturalId query

Description

Purpose/Overview:

For now, it's not possible to search by the identifier that is returned in the authority headings update report.

Requirements/Scope:

  1. Update query to `((identifiers.value=="a" or naturalId="a") and authRefType=="Authorized")`
