Overview:
”Edit” option is not displayed in “Actions” menu for Shared “MARC authority opened from Member tenant by user with granted permissions by permission set on ECS environment.
Steps to reproduce:
Log in into ECS Quesnelia environment as user with following permissions granted by permission set on Central and Member tenants:
- MARC Authority: Edit MARC authority record
- MARC Authority: View MARC authority record
- quickMARC: View, edit MARC authorities record
Go to “MARC authority” app in Member tenant
Find Shared MARC authority record
Click on the “Actions” in MARC authority detail view
Expected result: “Edit” option is displayed on “Actions” menu.
Actual result: “Edit” option is NOT displayed on “Actions” menu.

Works as expected for user with permissions assigned without permission set.
Issue doesn’t reproduce on Ramsons.
