As a library staff user,
I want to see an error message when I enter a patron barcode that does not exist,
so that the user experience will be more intuitive and informative.
Scenario: Handling non-existent barcode
Given: Staff user with ‘Reading room access: In app - track access’ permission opened the Reading Room Access page
When: Staff user enters non-existent patron barcode and clicks Enter
Then: The system displays the error message "User with this barcode does not exist”
