Overview: Checkboxes for assigned users not checked in "Select User" modal

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to “evrk2“ environment

2. Go to “Settings“ → “Authorization roles“

3. Click on the name of any role having users assigned

4. Note names of the users in “Assigned users“ accordion

5. Click on “Assign/Unassign“ button

6. Fill search input field with one of the names noted at Step 4

7. Click on “Search“ button

Expected result: Second pane of modal contains a row with data for an assigned user. Checkbox at the left side of this row is checked

Actual result: Second pane of modal contains a row with data for an assigned user. Checkbox at the left side of this row is NOT checked

• Currently NOT reproducible on LoC phase I pre-validation environments (FSE/INT, LoC accounts)

• This issue makes it impossible to unassign users from roles in UI
