Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to https://folio-etesting-snapshot-diku.ci.folio.org/ tenant as an admin user

2. Go “Settings“ → “Authorization roles“

3. Open any existing role

4. In role’s detailed view, click on “Actions“ button → Select “Edit” option

5. Select multiple capability set or capability checkboxes

Expected Results: Each checkbox shown as selected after being clicked on. The content of the table in which it is located does not scroll on its own while a user clicks on the checkboxes.

Actual Results: Each checkbox shown as selected after being clicked on. The content of the table in which it is located slightly scrolls down each time a user clicks on a checkbox.
