Issue: Due to ongoing development needs and higher priorities, Proxy functionality will not be deployed in the Mediated requests app. in R and needs to be hidden. Environment: ECS with mod-tlr enabled
Need: All references to Proxy functionality currently developed for and displaying in the Mediated requests app. needs to be hidden.
User story statement(s):
As a librarian,
I do not expect for Mediated requests to access proxy/sponsor user information.
so that functionality should not available in the New mediated request form.
