Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the Mdiated requests app - Mediated requests activities

2. Select one or more filters; ensure results are returned.

3. Select a new activity from the dropdown

4. Select “Mediated requests activities” from the dropdown

Expected Results:

• The selected filter(s) from Step 2 is still selected

Actual Results:

• The filter results from step 2 are still visible

• No filter options are selected

• The “reset all button is grayed out
