Cannot submit a request with fulfillment preference = Delivery

Description

Overview: When trying to create a delivery request slip (Screenshot = Nolana_RequestBeforeSelectingFulfillmentPreference) , I found out that I can no longer submit a request, with fulfillment preference = Delivery.
I can select the option "Delivery" (Nolana_RequestAfterSelectingFulfillmentPreference), but somehow that option doesn't stay selected by FOLIO, and I cannot save and close the request (Nolana_RequestAfterClickingSaveAndClose).{*}*

Log into Nolana.

Expected Results: I can save and close the request.

Actual Results: FOLIO won't let me save the request. (Nolana_RequestAfterClickingSaveAndClose)

Potential Workaround

You could potentially craft a workaround by adding notes in the Patron notes in the request, or adding a note on the request. But staff would really have to be aware of this, and in practice, most likely wound't work.
