Overview:
WHEN I attempt to place a request on an item that has one of the following statuses: Withdrawn, Declared Lost, Claimed Returned, Lost and Paid,
THEN the item title does not appear in the modal message.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into MG bugfest

2. In the inventory, look for items with the statuses mentioned above.

3. In the Requests app, attempt to place a request on each of them.

Expected Results: The modal message appears following this logic:
<title of item> (<material type of item>) (Barcode: <barcode of item>) has the item status Withdrawn and cannot be requested.

Actual Results: The modal message is:
(<material type of item>) (Barcode: <barcode of item>) has the item status Withdrawn and cannot be requested.
