Overview: When trying to find an existing user in the  Requests application by name or barcode, the search does not return a result
Steps to Reproduce:

1.  log onto folio as User with permissions to create and edit Users and create and edit Requests

2. Go to Users app and select Actions/Create. Create a user with Lastname, Firstname, no middle initial. Assign a Preferred first name that is different from the user's First name. Assign Patron group, Barcode, Default pickup service point, and a valid e-mail address. Do NOT assign a middle initial. Save the user.

3. Go to Requests app

4.  look up the requester by name or barcode

Expected Results: The search result is displayed containing the created user.
Actual Results: Searching by the name or barcode of the created user does not return a result.
