When scrolling, a white background appears and the blue focus indicator is cut off

Description

Preconditions:
1. Snapshot env is opened
2. Request created
3. Request queue page opened
4. Reduce tab size

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Scroll slider

Expected Results: When scrolling, the background remains gray and the blue focus indicator is not cropped
Actual Results: When scrolling, a white background appears and the blue focus indicator is cut off
