The message "Item with this barcode does not exist" should appear whenever the user tries to enter a invalid item barcode

Description

Preconditions:
1. Snapshot is opened
2. Request app opened
3. Actions options appeared
4. New request page opened

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Enter invalid item barcode in the "item barcode" filed (ex. 12434)

  2. Click on the Enter button 

  3. Observe result

  4. Enter invalid item barcode (ex. 12434)

  5. Click on the Enter button

  6. Observe result

Expected Results: The message "Item with this barcode does not exist" should appear whenever the user tries to enter a invalid item barcode
Actual Results: The message "Please select an item and press Enter" always appears first when user tries to enter invalid item barcode

 It seems like a bug to me. I don't think we have the field validation error messages captured in any of the testrail tickets for the request creation form. I'll see about updating them. The initial error message is, I believe, the validation error that should present if the user enters the item lookup form field and then leaves without attempting to look up an item. The message that appears the second time is the one that should always appear if the item could not be found for the entered barcode.

Hey , do you know if this is a bug, or if it's a change in requirements? I'm not sure if the message that displays is what was originally intended here.
