After the "Select item" window appears, the size of the Request information changes

Description

Preconditions:
1. Snapshot env is opened
2. Request is created
3. Request has status "open"

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Click on request

  2. Click on the Actions button

  3. Select "Move request" option 

  4. Observe result 

Expected Results: Request information page does not resize after the window appears
Actual Results: After the "Select item" window appears, the size of the Request information changes

Note:  this bug is reproducible on Kiwi and Juniper
