Filter by Tags not Working

Description

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into https://bugfest-honeysuckle.folio.ebsco.com/ as folio/folio

  2. Go to Requests

  3. Add a tag to a request (I used the existing acq tag)

  4. Then use the Tag filter to filter down by that tag

Expected Results: Results should include at least the item you just tagged

Actual Results: No results found

Additional Information:

  • I tried to repro this in snapshot but, even when logged in as diku_admin, I can't assign a tag to a request (I get a "Cannot save tag data to record. Check that you have the required permissions." toast)

  • I tested in Goldenrod bugfest and it didn't repro there (tagging as a regression)

Actually, this is suffering from the same "delay" issue I described in https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/STSMACOM-457?focusedCommentId=60301&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel is creating a new bug for that, though, so I guess I can leave this one closed.

This is working great in snapshot! Thanks ! I am putting this into Awaiting release so we can get it deployed and tested in BugFest

Filtering by tags is not working in Users, either. Login to bugfest-honeysuckle as folio folio, Go to Users, Filter by Student_worker_2020. Expected result: at least two records are returned. Actual result: no records are returned.

Also does not work in Snapshot.
