Fix accessibility issues + aria attributes, form labels, unique id, links text

Description

Fix accessibility issues wich are representing on screenshots below.

  • Certain ARIA roles must be contained by particular parents

  • ARIA attributes must conform to valid values

  • Form elements must have labels

  • ARIA role must be appropriate for the element

  • Links must have discernible text

  • IDs of active elements must be unique

In scope of current ticket was NOT fixed issue with aria-role attribute with .mclRow element, because it will be fixed in https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/STCOM-656 in stripes-component module.
