Steps to repro:

1. Log into folio-snapshot

2. Go to inventory and pick any available item

3. Create a request

4. Duplicate the request

5. Before saving the duplicate, notice that the "Requests on item" is populated with "1" which is a link. This is because there is just one request on the item so far. This is correct

6. Now change the requester and save the new request

Expected: The "Requests on item" should display a "2" and it should be a link to the pre-filtered view of the requests on that item.

Actual: Nothing displays under "Requests on item". Same holds if you edit the request - nothing displays. The field only seems to populate when in Create mode.

Note: I checked and this was working in Edelweiss. Can we get some tests around this so it doesn't regress again?
