ID/barcode link from request does not load

Description

Steps:

Go to an item, with or without a barcode.
Create a new request from the dropdown pane.
On the create request form, click the link under "Item id" or "Item barcode" and discard changes, or else Ctrl/Command-click into a new tab.

Expected behavior:

Item displays normally.

Actual behavior:

Item seems to load forever. The URL seems to be wrong.

Hi Could you try testing this again in folio snapshot, and see if it's working better now?

I have the same issue in another browser, which I have not logged into with before.

The two browsers are Safari 12.1.2 and Chrome 76.0.3809.132.

1. Just tried the same steps again in FOLIO Snapshot, and all went as expected. And no delay when clicking Item barcode
2. And also followed the steps in FOLIO Bugfest, and all again went as expected, with no delay.

I don't know if it's the case, but if you have been testing a lot of test cases, then maybe something in your cache might need to be cleared?
But I don't know - of course.

We must be getting different behavior. I don't know what might be different, as I am getting the same results with several different items. Here is the whole screen.

I am running the BugFest instance; perhaps this has since been fixed.
