Can't Select an Item to Create a Request

Description

Steps to Repro:

  1. Log into folio-testing

  2. Go to Requests

  3. Use the default request type of Hold

  4. Enter the following barcode: 1646607826299 (I also tried 4353659383185 and 69077747)

  5. Click "Select item"

Expected: Item is selected and details of the item and loan (if applicable) display below

Actual: Nothing happens (also no validation error). Because of this, you can't create a request.

Looks like this is happening because some of the patrons who have checked out the items in the test system aren't assigned to patron groups. Should be an easy fix. (If you charge a book to a user who is assigned to a group, and then try to place a request for that item, it should work.)
