In any environment, when creating a new request, if pickup is chosen, a pick-up point also has to be chosen. When I open the pick-up point drop box, I expect every desk that is listed as a pick-up point to show, which it does.

BUT the list is in random order, which will be frustrating for people. I am also wondering in what order these will be sent to the discovery layer.

Expected behavior: Pickup service points should display in alphabetical order in the Requests form

Actual: Seemingly random order
