Requests App - Export Requests app search results list (csv) - Add Request UUID

Description

Requirement

  • When a user exports a Requests app search results list (csv), then the csv export should include the Request UUID.

  • csv export, add a new column called: Request UUID

    • Request UUID column displays last on the csv export

    • Each row in the export should have a Request UUID value

See attached for expectation.

  • Verification

  • Test in ECS environment

    • Test retrieving requests via Central tenant

    • Test retrieving requests via member tenant

  • Test in non-ECS environment

Note:
Implemented functionality should be backported to Ramsons release

Tested on Eureka bugfest, works as expected on non-ECS, discovered new issue for ECS version during testing -
