Remove "Create a" text from the paneheader when creating new authority, bib, and holdings records

Overview: In order to maintain consistency across apps, we need to:

Requirements:

• Remove “Create a” text from the quickAMRC paneheader when creating a new MARC record so that the paneheader reflects:

  • “New MARC authority record”

  • “New MARC bib record”

  • “New MARC holdings record”

    • Make “Holdings” lowercase (“holdings”)
