Context:
If a user creates a new FOLIO holdings or item record in the Inventory app, the only options are Cancel and {*}Save & close{*}.
Catalogers will likely keep a record open for an extended period of time. To prevent catalogers from losing their work when creating new FOLIO holdings or item records, we need a *Save & keep editing* option for these two types of records in the Inventory app.
User story
As a cataloger I want to save and continue to update a FOLIO holdings record without leaving the FOLIO holdings record So that I do not lose my work OR go through the extra step of saving the record then click on the Edit action.
Requirement
Add the Save & keep editing button to the Create and Duplicate FOLIO holdings record

When the user clicks on Save & keep editing
Successful/Unsuccessful toast notifications should display
