Context:
QuickMARC supports a *Save & keep editing* option if a user is editing an existing MARC bibliographic record. However, if a user creates a new MARC bibliographic record, the only options are Cancel and {*}Save & close{*}.
Catalogers will likely keep a record open for an extended period of time, the length depending on how much work is needed for original cataloging (but this will apply to copy as well in some cases). To prevent catalogers from losing their work when creating a new MARC bibliographic record, we need a *Save & keep editing* option for new MARC bibliographic records.
User story
As a cataloger I want to save and continue to update a MARC bib record without leaving the MARC bib record So that I do not lose my work OR go through the extra step of saving the record then click on the Edit action.
Requirement
Add the Save & keep editing button to the Create and Derive a MARC bib page
Apply focus work that is covered in https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/UIQM-715
When the user clicks on Save & keep editing
MARC record validation (including LCCN structure and duplication checking) should be enforced
Successful/Unsuccessful toast notifications should display
Review https://folio-org.atlassian.net/issues/UIQM-272
Also this story implements adding Save & keep editing on Create a MARC authority record - https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/UIQM-718
