Remove extra "$" sign from error message when user tries to add/remove $t from 1XX of linked MARC authority record

Description

Overview: Current error message for the case when user tries to add/remove $t from 1XX of linked MARC authority record is:
1) Cannot add a $t to the $100 field because it controls a bibliographic field(s) that cannot control this subfield. To change this 1XX value, you must unlink all controlled bibliographic fields that cannot control $t.
2) Cannot remove $t from the $100 field because it controls a bibliographic field(s) that requires this subfield. To change this 1XX value, you must unlink all controlled bibliographic fields that requires $t to be controlled.

Requirement: Need to remove “$” character which is displayed before MARC tag (see highlighted in red).
