MARC BIB Record validation | Permissions: Allow user to create/edit/view MARC bib validation rules

Description

No UI will be created for defining MARC record rules validation BUT I believe a permission is needed to allow a user to modify the rules based on proposed implementation

Permission name 1 : Create, edit, and view MARC bibliographic validation rules 

If user is assigned this permission then they can

  • create a MARC bibliographic validation rule for local MARC bibliographic fields OR fields not documented as standard MARC bibliographic field

  • edit a MARC bibliographic validation rule 

  • view a MARC bibliographic validation rule 

Permission name 2 : View MARC bibliographic validation rules 

If user is assigned this permission then they can

  • view a MARC bibliographic validation rule
