Permanent location of "MARC Holdings" cannot be selected from first try using "Select permanent location" modal

Overview: Permanent location of "MARC Holdings" cannot be selected from first try using "Select permanent location" modal when create a new "MARC Holdings" record
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into Snapshot FOLIO environment as User with following permissions:
   Inventory: All permissions
   quickMARC: Create a new MARC holdings record

2. Go to "Inventory" app

3. Find any "Instance" record with source "MARC".

4. Click on the "Actions" >> "Add MARC holdings record"

5. Click "Permanent location look-up" hyperlink

6. Select any Institution>Campus>Library>Location

7. Click on the "Save and close" button in modal.

Expected Results: "$b" subfield appeared in "852" field with location code
Actual Results: "852" field was Not filled with location code.
Additional Information: Location can be selected only from second try (if you will pick the same value as was picked at the first try)
