How to show an error message on a modal

Description

We need to show an error message on the Select an authority record modal. May need a spike to figure out how to show this message.

Verified on Snapshot-1 - works as expected Check Mark

Error toast notification is shown on top of modal when inappropriate"MARC auth" record is selected for linking.

Field can still be successfully linked to appropriate "MARC auth" record
