Requirement: Display <last name>> , <<first name>> of person who last edited quickMARC record 

Currently it displays as Display <first name>> , <<last name>> of person who last edited quickMARC record and can be introduced on snapshot/Orchid/Nolana.

Scenario

Given I edit a quickMARC record
I want to know the last person that updated a quickMARC record

AND it should display as <last name>> , <<first name>>
