Linked MARC bib field - editable textbox does not support shortcut keys

Description

Steps to reproduce

  1. Edit or derive a new MARC bib record 

  2. Link an authority record to a MARC bib field 

  3. Edit or add uncontrollable subfield and values to one of the editable textboxes

  4. Use one of the shortcut keys to navigate subfields (ctrl + [ or ctrl + ]) 

Expected outcome: navigate across subfields in editable textbox using shortcut keys 

Actual outcome: shortcut keys do not work
