Collapsed 008 as default view in quickMARC

*Purpose: * To make the collapsed 008 field the default view

As a staff person
I want to see the 008 in it's smallest form when I open a record

Scenarios

  1. Scenario 1

    • Given the record in quickMARC

    • When I view the record

    • Then the 008 field is collapsed into it's smallest form

as we've discussed 008 will have only collapsed view and it can be tested in scope of https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/UIQM-22#icft=UIQM-22 as it's the same component for fields broken by bytes
