New permission: quickMARC Link/unlink authority records to bib records

Description

 Requirements

  • Create a permission:  quickMARC: Can Link/unlink authority records to bib records 

  • Permission allows a user to 

    • Manually link/until a MARC bib record to/from a MARC authority record 

    • If the user is assigned this permission then s/he/they

      • See the link/unlink MARC authority option on quickMARC Edit/Derive bib screens 

      • Can access the Search MARC authority record modal

  •  

    • If the user does not have this permission assigned then s/he/they 

      • Cannot link or unlink a MARC authority record 

      • Does not see the link/unlink MARC authority option on quickMARC Edit/Derive bib screens 

      •  Has no access to the Search MARC authority record modal
