FE: Derive/Edit MARC bibliographic record: Error message for when a user attempts to edit a read-only leader value is not updated

Description

Context: There is a need to allow catalogers to edit Leader positions 06 and 07 when editing/deriving a MARC bib record via quickMARC because a cataloger may need to update the 06/07 value OR the 06/07 value might be invalid. 

Requirements

  • When user edits a position that is not editable then
    REPLACE THIS MESSAGE

WITH THIS MESSAGE  Record cannot be saved. Please check the Leader. Only positions 5, 6, 7, 8, 17, 18 and/or 19 can be edited in the Leader.

I have one question:
When the user edits one of these positions of LDR field: 08, 17, 18, 19; with invalid values, the toast notification displayed the following message: "Record not saved: Communication problem with server. Please try again."  See attached screencast:

Maybe we should change this message according to how it's implemented for 05, 06 and 07 positions? (e.g.: "Record cannot be saved. Please enter a valid Leader 08. Valid values are listed at https://loc.gov/marc/bibliographic/bdleader.html )
