"Save & close" button accessibility when edit bib/holdings/authority record via "quickMARC"

Overview: The status of button "Save & close" switches when user edit "Bibliographic"/"Holdings"/"Authority" records via "quickMARC"
 Steps to Reproduce:
 # Log into Lotus Bug Fest FOLIO environment as User with view/edit MARC Bibliographic/Holdings/Authority records.
 # Navigate to "MARC Authority" app
 # Run search.
 # Open any marc record.
 # Click on "Edit" button.
 # Click on "Delete this field" or "Add a new field" icons- more than 2 times.

Expected Results: The "Save & close" button became clickable after first click on the icon and doesn't change while user edit the record.
 Actual Results: The "Save & close" button switches between "clickable" and "not clickable" condition after each click on the icon. And if user edit any field, the status of the "Save & close" button doesn't change if it's became "not clickable" by clicking on the icon.
